Why 3D Virtual Tours

There were so many situations that came to mind where this would have been so useful! For the listings that pictures don't quite do the home justice,  floor plans that aren't easily conveyed by professional photography, occupied properties that aren't easy to gain access, and for the winter months where it's tough to get those showings. I feel this is the competitive edge that broker's at any price point are looking for.  I'd love to help you implement the future of real estate sales into your business , today!

After obtaining my residential construction certification, I realized that it can not only help brokers but can be used for a multitude of spaces including construction sites, even larger renovation projects, and even down to the designers and stagers. What's great is the use of the technology can be used in so many streams of real estate, the possibilities are almost endless. 

Real Estate Experience

I'm extremely passionate about the real estate industry and homeownership. Started real estate career at a well-known real estate investment company in 2009 initially in accounting, then transaction and listing coordination for over 60 escrows and listings at a time. Looking to build on experience and wanting to personally help clients, joined a top real estate team in 2011 as Lead Buyers Specialist and closed 21 deals for buyers and sellers in the first year. Currently has helped over 120+ families and investors find their home thus far. Favorite part of the process is being an integral part of helping clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Earned a Business/Finance with a concentration in Real Estate degree from Cal State Fullerton. Recently certified Residential Construction Certification and pursuing New Home Sales .

As I continue to service buyer's and sellers I am excited to also add a service for broker's that I'm passionate about, and that's the 3D Virtual Tours that they can offer to their seller clients. I truly believe there is enough business out there for everyone and to accentuate and elevate another broker's business is my new added mission. 

As a real estate broker I’ve had hands on experience with how valuable good marketing is for a listing, regardless of market conditions. The creation of Michelle Chung Real Estate Services is to provide an additional means for fellow broker’s to elevate their listing presentations and real estate marketing!  It’s always been a priority to provide quality customer service to my clients and I’m excited for it to translate to great service to all of the hard working brokers too. I can say with conviction that this is the future of real estate sales,  and would love to help fellow brokers be a part of that space.

My girlfriend and I had such a great experience with Elizabeth Do and Team. We were referred to Michelle by some friends who had a great experience working with the team. 

Were first time home buyers and we definitely weren't sure what questions to ask, what things to do. Michelle and the rest of the team helped us tremendously along the way. The process was smooth as can be. We had some hiccups along the way, but we were in such great hands. We were able to figure out what we wanted and we found a great home with a great neighborhood all within a month or so. We closed escrow in almost 2 weeks before the estimated closing date. 

I can't express enough how great this team has been. Even after getting the keys to the house, they continue to check in and help us. We still talk to Michelle and the team with small repairs that we wanted done and they continue to help us without any hesitation.

This group is amazing, particularly Michelle Chung. She is the definition of dedication, very professional, with tons of knowledge. My girlfriend and I had been looking for houses on our own for a few months with no result, then we hired Michelle and 3 months later we closed escrow on a great home in Anaheim.
